It’s a starting point, not a replacement for your experience. Each suggestion shows a price range, a confidence level and the comparable sales it found, so you can see why. You can change any price before it goes on a tag.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. EstateBOSS is being built for both, and tags and reports print from either.

Can my whole crew use it?

Your company account is built for a team. Crew invites are part of the early-access roadmap.

Who can see my sales and the family’s information?
